Full Salad Bar, including lentil and bean sprouts, fresh grated beets, black olives, and much more. A variety of healthy, house-made dressings prepared with all-natural ingredients, and virtually all dairy free. Hot bar with traditional Indian dishes including: Idlies Subji (mixed stir-fried vegetables) Basmatti and brown rice Coconut curry sauce Spicy chick peas Sambar Two soups, one of which is always vegan. A variety of freshly baked breads, including two gluten free options. Traditional halavah dessert. Three traditional Indian chutneys	Our entire lunch menu plus a main entrée consisting of one of the following: Tofu Lasagna Tofu Enchiladas BBQ Thai Tofu (Tofu cooked in a spicy, rich coconut BBQ sauce) Nut Loaf Pecoras (Assorted vegetables breaded in chick pea batter and deep-fried) Split Pea Fritters (Split peas spiced and fried. Resembles chicken nuggest) Govinda's Potatoes (Potatoes sliced and baked with sour cream, cheese and spices. Delicious!)
